These Terms of Use govern your use of the website operated by AFATA Home Remodeling LLC ("AFATA," "we," "us," or "our") at www.afatahr.com. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website information is not a contract

The website provides general information about AFATA, our services, service area, project examples, and ways to contact us. Website content, form submissions, phone conversations, texts, emails, and preliminary discussions do not by themselves create a remodeling contract, employment relationship, partnership, or guarantee that we will accept a project.

Estimates and remodeling services

An estimate request is only a request for AFATA to review a potential project. Pricing, scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, warranties, and other project obligations are established only in a written proposal or agreement accepted by the applicable parties. If website information conflicts with a signed written agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Services and scheduling are subject to project fit, availability, location, site conditions, permits, materials, and other practical requirements. Photos and project examples show prior work and do not promise identical results for another property.

Forms and communications

You agree to provide accurate information and not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content. If you ask us to contact you, you authorize AFATA to respond about that inquiry using the contact method you provide. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Website content

Unless otherwise stated, AFATA owns or is authorized to use the website design, text, logos, project descriptions, photographs, video, and other content. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, alter, scrape, or use our content or branding in a misleading or commercial way without written permission.

The website may contain embedded forms or links operated by third parties, including Jobber, Web3Forms, Google, Yelp, and social media services. AFATA does not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
